The proud parents of 3 beautiful children, 2 who were born prematurely due to pPROM . Their first daughter, Lauren was born at 23 weeks and second daughter, Reagan was born at 28 weeks. Sadly, Lauren passed away soon after her birth but Reagan is doing very well and shows no signs of delay or lingering effects of her premature birth. After Kim spent 14 weeks on bedrest, their son, Will was born healthy at full term last spring. Kurt is currently serving his 3rd term in the Minnesota House of Representatives. He was the co-author of the “Missing Angels” bill which now allows families to obtain birth certificates for their stillborn babies. The Zellers Family resides in Maple Grove, MN.
